1. Amla Chutney

Ingredients
- Amla berries 5-6 (deseeded and chopped)
- a small bunch of coriander leaves
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons of water
Instructions
- In a blender, blend all ingredients.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Season with salt and sugar.
- Serve with rice, roti, or as a side dip.
2. Amla Candy

Ingredients
- 250 grams fresh amla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Once amla becomes soft steam amlas.
- Chop the amla and remove the seeds.
- Dust all with powdered sugar and black salt.
- If you’re using it, also add the ground ginger for even more taste.
- Allow to dry in the sun or dehydrator until fully hardened.
- It is crunchy, sweet, and tangy as gratitude.
3. Amla Juice

Ingredients
- 4-5 fresh amlas
- 1 cup water
- Natural Sweetener (to taste): Honey
- A pinch of black salt
Instructions
- De-seed and chop the amlas.
- Add water to the amla pieces and blend it smooth.
- You strain the juice to remove the pulp.
- Honey or sweetener and black salt to taste.
- Serve chilled.
4. Amla Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 3-4 fresh amlas (grated)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- 1 teaspoon chana dal
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1-2 dried red chilies
- 8-10 curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds, urad dal, Chana dal, and hing.
- Add red chilies and curry leaves when the seeds crackle.
- Now add the grated amla and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and salt.
- Stir well and serve hot.
5. Amla Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 fresh amlas (de-seeded and cut)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup of fresh leaf spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Add all of them to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain and serve immediately for a healthy refreshing drink.
